APPROVAL OF EXPULSION CASE NO. 15-100
Description
The student listed in Expulsion Case No. 15-100, is in violation of an accepted settlement agreement for Alternative School Placement due to non-attendance. On October 10, 2014 the student violated School Board Policy 5.32 Drug Use &/or Possession on school bus. It is the recommendation of the Superintendent that the student be expelled from Sarasota County Schools until January 19, 2016.
Recommendation
That in accordance with provisions of Sections 1006.07(1)(a)(b), Florida Statues and School Board Policy 5.34, the holding of a hearing having been waived by the student/parent, the recommendation as specified in Expulsion Case NO. 15-100, to expel the student reference therein from the Sarasota County Schools, be approved effective immediately until January 19, 2016.
